Remm Roppongi, Tokyo

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, though compact, were surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, making them comfortable for a longer stay. The service was kind and helpful, adding to the positive experience. The central location offered easy access to transportation and attractions, enhancing convenience. While the dining options were somewhat limited, the delicious dishes made up for it.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Roppongi, offering a great view of the city from the 11th floor. The rooms are new, clean, compact, and well-organized, but a bit small with occasional lingering smells. The service stands out with a notch above average service compared to other hotels in Tokyo, with efficient problem-solving. The dining experience is delicious with Japanese and American options but could offer more variety. The location is excellent, close to subway stations, museums, and shopping malls.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were small but clean and functional with a great shower. The service was a bit slow, but they made up for it with their friendliness and willingness to help. The service is exceptional with a very helpful and kind staff demeanor, who even assisted with luggage transfers to another hotel. The dining options may be limited and a tad pricey, but the bread toasts were enjoyable. Overall a convenient location with friendly service but room for improvement in dining choices.
